Brand experience and garage wayfinding system for the Washington Park garage creates connection to the park above.

At the heart of Over-the-Rhine in Cincinnati is Washington Park. The park hosts concerts, movie screenings, flea and art markets, and more and is a neighborhood hot spot. With so much traffic, the park needed a well thought out parking system that was easy to navigate.

Painted concrete pillar has stripes of yellow, white, black, and red designating "G2" section. Yellow painted walls have clear panel with white illustration overlaid on it at bottom of stairs.

We considered the entire parking experience from entrance to exit. Our intention was to give people a sense of place despite being underground. We wanted to create connections with the city above and an easy way to remember where they left their car.
